Processing & Production

Because our products are made to order, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Production times may be longer during busy seasons or due to product availability.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. U.S. standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–4 business days after fulfillment.

Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Multiple Packages

Occasionally, items in the same order may be fulfilled at different locations and arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at theteacherthreadco@gmail.com. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages
