Returns & Refunds

Each item from The Teacher Thread Co. is made especially for you when you place your order. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please email theteacherthreadco@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos showing the issue

Once we review the information, qualifying orders may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Lost-package claims must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer exchanges for a different size or color. Please check the sizing information on the product page before ordering.

If you received a size or color different from what you ordered, please contact us because that is considered an order issue rather than a size/color exchange.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has begun.
